Exceptions can be made if the product is unopened and labled RETURN TO SENDER and returned. In this case, you will be refunded the amount of the product, minus shipping costs.
• Exchanges are only accepted if the product you've received is damaged, and proof is provided within 7 days of receiving your product in the mail. In this case, you must seal the package and label the package RETURN TO SENDER and send it back. You may exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value.
